Negative Reviews & Internet Culture

Negative rates and reviews are inevitable. Ultimately, you can't please all the people all of the time. That said, I recently read a very interesting article from a Book Review Blogger's perspective about the backlash she often received from authors and fans about her reviews, which eventually led her to "quit" Good Reads. I also speculate about internet culture and how people seem to make irresponsible choices when they can hide behind the "safety" of a computer--or phone--screen.
